A requisition records the internal need; an RFQ asks suppliers to quote; a purchase order records the authorised commitment.
- 2
A goods receipt records what arrived; invoice matching reviews the invoice against connected order and receipt evidence.
- 3
A Control Passport is an evidence view for a purchase, not a compliance score, audit opinion or certification.
- 4
A waiver is a bounded maker-checker exception; provenance states where a record came from.

Common issues
The expected workspace or setup screen is not visible.
Confirm the signed-in account, organisation membership and assigned role. Ask an organisation administrator to correct membership rather than creating a duplicate tenant.
The team is unsure whether setup is ready.
Run one bounded purchase and review the retained evidence before inviting wider use.
